Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS®

The Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (WRAR) was chartered by the National Association of REALTORS® in 1923. As a chartered board its 1,000+ members must adhere to a strict Code of Ethics in their dealings with clients, customers and with one another. The jurisdiction of the WRAR reaches over the City of Worcester and 44 suburban towns. As shareholders in the Bay State Multiple Listing Service (MLS), WRAR members may access home sales data from an enormous area of Massachusetts outside of their immediate jurisdiction. REALTORS® can access confidential information that is not readily available to consumers and therefore, they are invaluable to the general public. As a local board, the Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS® offers various benefits and services to our members including educational and legislative programs, computer software training, access to the Bay State Multiple Listing Service, professional standards procedures, a monthly newsletter, networking opportunities and much more. The board offers a variety of services to improve business opportunities to our members and improve the value of our members to the general public. The Worcester Regional Association of REALTORS®, Inc. welcomes membership inquiries from real estate brokers and sales people as well as companies interested in affiliate membership. The board encourages consumers to use the services of our industry member professionals.
